GENERAL QUESTIONS

Yes we are. We started off in business in the carpentry trade. We are licenced by the BSA and our Building Licence is. Offering a wide range of services that encompass 'turn key' solutions, we can do it all, or just the actual building..... Whatever you are wanting!

Yes. We have comprehensive cover when it comes to insurance. Public Liability and Motor Vehicle cover, including a valid and current workers compensation certificate. 

The majority of the plant we use on a project is hired plant from leading hire companies that offer total service solutions. We own all residential building equipment including a 5t excavator for detailed services digging. We have a solid working relationship with a number of hire and plant companies who have sufficient resources to meet our project and scheduling requirements.

Depending on the scope of the works package and the client's intentions, Bayliss are able to undertake preliminary activities. Some examples include permits applications and licences for instigating works, service disconnections, authority notification and inspections, delapidation reports, etc. If this is to be included in our scope of work, sufficient time must be provided to allow us to conform to 3rd party companies and authorities notification requirements.
