To minimise any delays imposed on a project, Bayliss can take care of all the preliminary activities. Dependent on the job and scope, this might involve planning consent, demolition and traffic management plans, services inspections and disconnections, delapidation reports, governing authority inspections and miscellaneous permits.

With a committed and competent team working behind the scenes, this allows project teams and contractors to 'hit the ground running', enabling maximum efficiency from Day 1.

If it's not done safely, it's not done at all.

Safety is highly regarded on all of our sites. Bayliss are committed to safety and we are proud to maintain a non injury workplace (LTI free) for the last 3 years.

With some of our works involving complex and dangerous activities, such as building demolition works and working in and around high voltage equipment and substations, we are very mindful of our surroundings. 

We continually promote and discuss safety measures on jobs through daily briefs and meetings. These help identify and communicate any new site hazards encountered and also to mitigate complacency with common or everyday working hazards.

Certification, Licences & Insurances available

We are fully competent, compliant, certified and insured. Our paperwork is available on request. Having an Open licence in the Building and Construction Industry to Level 2, we are able to construct any building up to 3 storeys high. Our Public & Product liability coverage is $20M, while our Plant and Vehicle insurances are insured at Market Values. As we don not provide design related services, we have no Professional Indemnity Insurance. Workers Compensation and other staff benefits are fully paid and are traceable and our Accountants able to provide financial statements if requested.

Employing staff on our books as well as subcontracting to established trade and service companies, we are able to offer 'turn key' solutions for your next project. Compliant with Building Code 2013 and other WHS legislation, we can provide a win - win scenario for both ourselves and our clients.
